Shipping: We ship UPS whenever possible. Charges are prepaid and added to invoice. Freight shipments are freight collect. Please see the Shipping Rate Table for exact charges. Right now if you purchase over $199.00 worth of merchandise, we will ship it to you for FREE! (Ground Shipping Only!!!)

Tax: Applies to all orders delivered in New York and Virginia.

Insurance: Your shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage.

Damaged Goods: If a shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact Datavision immediately. Be sure to save all product packaging.

Returns: Please contact our customer service staff at 1-800-237-5658 for quick resolution if the merchandise you receive is defective, not as you ordered, or you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason.

Defective merchandise will be promptly replaced. In the event of shipment mistakes, Datavision will pay shipment on the return of product shipped in error and will promptly ship correct products.
